c. Getting hold of sensitive personal information

You could add information to your Company Member profile that could be considered "sensitive" based on where you live. For example, when you sign up for a Company account, we ask you to tell us about your race and ethnicity. You don't have to give us this information to be a Member of a Company, but if you do, it will help you get more out of our services and make it easier for Employers who use our services to find you. d. Information that employers give us

We make deals with Employers who use the services of the Company. These Employers may share Personal Information about people who have applied for a job with their company ("Applicant"). You can choose what cookies (or similar technologies) we use to advertise to you and how we use them. To learn more, please look at our Cookie Policy. At the moment, there is no industry standard for recognising Do Not Track browser signals, so we do not listen to them.
